Brunei Darussalam is a small country located in South East Asia on the island of Borneo. It is split in two parts with the majority of the population based in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital. The Temburong District is home to Ulu Temburong National Park. Rainforest accounts for more than 469,000 hectares or 80.6 per cent of land area in the country.

The currency is the Brunei Dollar (BND) which as at Oct 2009 is equal to 0.718 USD
The official language in Brunei Darussalam is Behasu Malayu though English is very widely spoken.
